James Bryson

James began his career with Honeywell in 2004 as the Multisite Operations Leader for Automation and Control Solutions, Environmental Combustion Controls and Sensing & Control. Based in Newhouse, Scotland, he coordinated production and distribution across Europe to serve key clients, such as Goodrich, Alpha Laval and Caterpillar. In this role, he earned an award from Dave Cote for “The Most Improved Site from ACS in 2006.”

James chairs Honeywell’s Global Aerospace Integrity and Compliance Council, working to drive the right compliance attitudes and behaviors globally. He is also the One Honeywell leader (ACS, PMT, TS, and Aerospace) for the integrated Supply Chain Operations Council for EMEAI. In this role, he looks to leverage good practices and create operational synergies across diverse areas including talent; organizational efficiency; cycle time; Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP); Honeywell Operating System (HOS); Velocity Product Development (VPD); Human Factors and margin expansion.

His diverse background includes leadership positions in engineering, technology, distribution, product management, manufacturing, marketing, acquisitions and general management. James has accrued a broad range of global experiences, having lived and worked in multiple countries in Europe as well as the United States, in Texas and Wisconsin.

Prior to joining Honeywell, James was Vice President in charge of European operations for a large US contract manufacturer serving the telecommunications, medical, automotive and aerospace markets.

James served on the board of directors for a large UK multinational with three business units (automotive, aerospace and medical), with a footprint reaching Asia, the Americas, Canada, Brazil and Europe. He earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering in Scotland, UK.
