While serving in the U.S. Air Force, Jose found a special mystique associated with the aviation profession. That’s why he decided to pursue aviation-related jobs when he left the military.
Jose enjoys his Customer Support role because its challenges require providing dynamic and flexible solutions in addition to having strong technical avionics systems knowledge. He finds the ability to think creatively to address customers’ problems is a good trait to have – as is being a good listener.
At the end of the day, he says, it is a very fulfilling and satisfying to solve a customer’s problem in a timely manner.
Jose’s expertise is in Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning Systems (EGPWS) and he holds a registered electrical engineer license in the Philippines. He was trained at Electrical Power Production Technical School in the Air Force and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering.
He is fluent in Pilipino/Tagalog and enjoys hiking, traveling and photography in his spare time.
