Don’t Miss the Upcoming AEA International Convention and Trade Show in New Orleans

With Mardi Gras over and the city all cleaned up, it’s time to head way down yonder to New Orleans to reconnect with all the avionics industry leaders—manufacturers like Honeywell as well as distributors, techies, service center and repair station representatives and others—who help shape the future of aviation electronics.

AEA New OrleansYes, it’s time for the 60th AEA International Convention & Trade Show, the Aircraft Electronics Association’s annual platform for the introduction of new avionics products.

Doors open at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (tip: Fats Domino says it’s walking distance from the Hilton New Orleans Riverside) on Sunday March 13 with events running through mid-afternoon on Thursday, March 16.

Honeywell and BendixKing will be there with bells on—avionics bells and whistles that is—including a 20 x 40 booth showcasing products spanning cockpit upgrades, mandates, connectivity and a lot more.

Honeywell products on display at booth 211 will include high resolution control display units, JetWave and Aspire 200® high-speed SATCOM connectivity, the CNX® cabin gateway family, avionics and mechanical protection plans and the GoDirect suite of services and apps. On the BendixKing side, you’ll get a chance to check out our line of GPS navigators, the MST 70B transponder, indicators, the KGX ADS-B transceiver/receiver, audio panels and the AeroWave active low-gain antenna.

Of course many of our dealers will be on hand and there will be more than 75 hours of regulatory, technical and business training along with other great ways for you to stay up to date with the latest products in the industry.

And for those folks who just can’t get enough Mardi in their Gras, you can join your colleagues at the BendixKing-sponsored “First Nighter Party.”You’ll need to bring your own tambourine, man.
