The Commercial Helicopter & Aftermarket Partners Customer Business Team is dedicated to meeting the needs of helicopter operators and channel partners in the Americas. Our goal is to make it easier for all of you to do business with Honeywell and find the answers you need, quickly and efficiently.

As a career U.S. Marine Corps CH-53 pilot, commercial helicopter pilot and original equipment manufacturer program director, I have experience on both sides of the fence. I also am an experienced Aviation Safety Management System Director, so I understand the challenges that operators and channel partners face in preparing to comply with the current and forthcoming government mandates, such as the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) mandates that must be fully implemented by 2017.

The Commercial Helicopter & Aftermarket Partners CBT has the technology and the know-how to help you comply with whatever mandates apply to your operations, whether you work directly with Honeywell or with one of our factory-authorized channel partners on the required equipment upgrades.

We continue to look for ways to provide you with better, faster and more efficient service through an ever-improving network of great channel partners. As part of this process, you can expect to see us expanding the network and looking for opportunities to give existing partners responsibility for an expanded array of Honeywell products and services. Again, the goal is to provide you with more options and better service.

If there’s anything we can do to help you be more successful, please contact your Customer Business Team representative.
